I have always used clinchers do to the ease of changing tires and not having to glue them on.

Clinchers.
Convenience. It's a bitch to properly change a tubular. Also quite a bit more expensive.Tubie's are just for racing these days. And given the new clinchers- they're not really even necessary as the rolling resistance is so close.

Especially with the higher thread count. You really notice the difference from a 60TPI to a 150TPI and higher
