  • I'm new to yoga--very new--but I've tried to make it part of my post run routine for the sake of decent stretching. I like Rodney Yee alright, AM/PM among others. Also, there's a pretty good one you can download on iTunes, Yoga for Runners with Kimberly Fowler. Those are short routines, which I prefer. I have some other Yee discs that are longer form, but I haven't spent much time with them.

  • Yes!!! I am a major fan of anything Baron Baptiste. He's the best. I have this one: Unlocking Athletic Power - Power Vinyasa Yoga Live! It's not too long, but he takes you through the entire Vinyasa series. And, you can see how people in the class do the poses, since the DVD is from one of his live classes. Check it out & let me know what you think!

  • I'm a big fan of Barbara Benagh. I have two of her yoga DVD's and they are by far the best I have ever seen. One is Yoga For Stress Relief (which includes a very cool lecture by the Dalai Lama on meditation) and the other is Yoga For Beginners

  • Baron Baptiste has some really great ones, and also the Rodney Yee series is excellent. I do hot yoga 3 times a week in a studio and if I cant make it for some reason I do one of these dvds at home.

  • I do yoga at home 2-3 times a week and have tried MANY videos! My favorites right now are Iron Yoga (weight combined with yoga) and Cardio Burn Yoga (crazy sweating for me!). I also really like Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss for a more mellow and relaxing program (still a good work out, but doesn't get my heart rate up as much).
