http://www.crossfit.com/ has all kinds of short down and dirty workouts usually a combination of cardio and strength. Some require minimal equipment (pull up bar dumbelss or kettlebells.) others do not.

men dont do fitness videos.... i am joking of course but there does seem to be alot more targeting women. i am not of much actual help
