Aero Helmet?

I'm thinking of buying an aero helmet for triathlon and TT racing. Does anyone have any personal experience proving that they went faster wearing an aero helmet? I've heard that there is more to benefit speed wise versus carbon fiber wheels.

  You can shave 30s off your time with an aero helmet in a 40km TT. Going aero makes a biiig difference. Just getting into a low aero position can shave up to a minute off. All depends on what your current set up is like and how fast you are right now, but it will definitely help out.
