Nike Plus question

Hi all, I've just joined the site and want to sync my Nike Plus runs. This site has recognised my Nike Plus username and password ok, but when I press 'sync device' I'm getting the following message:

"Couldn't authenticate your account."

Any reason for this? All help appreciated!
