how do I prevent non-friends from seeing my workouts

I have people that I do not know commenting on my workouts. I'm all for community but I'd rather not have this happen. Any ideas on how to make my stuff "private" more or less?

Or alternately, can I block people who comment on my stuff?

  Log in to your account.
  Click on the settings link at the top right.
  Look for where you an edit your name.
  Under your last name there is a Visible to option.
  Check Friends.

  We currently don't have a way to do this. If you're looking for a private training log, I would suggest trying another product. We may have additional privacy settings in the future, but dailymile will always remain a social training log.

  It's foolish not to protect your users... You have the options for mapping so it puts people at risk.
