How do I add a new route? I tried going to my profile, clicking on Routes View All, then Create Map. But when I go to the map page and type in "Edinburgh, Scotland" or and address in Edinburgh, no map comes up. Same thing for my hometown in the U.S. I tried using Firefox and Internet Explorer on my pc without any luck. How do I get a map to show?

I don't use Garmin or anything else, so this should be simple, right?
