Posts don't always show on my feed

I have noticed recently that sometimes my most recent post doesn't show up on my 'home' page...even though I can verify that it is there by looking at my profile. Am I crazy or doing something wrong?

    Same here. It shows up when I add a workout but not if I share it through runmeter. It's been like that for me for a long time now.
