Beginner Triathlon

Goal race pushed back 6 weeks, but I'm aiming to be ready anyway. What do I do for 6 weeks. Build more? Speedwork?

What kind of training goals do I set myself? Keep building? Maintain? Speedwork? it's my first tri and an Olympic length. Am doing a sprint in 3 weeks as prep.
