Beginner Running

New to DM. Recent diagnosis of Post Tibular Tendinitis.

New to DM. I was recently diagnosed writhing post Tibular Tendinitis. Need friends and recommendations for treatment and recovery.

  • I had patellar tendonitis years ago, and the things that worked best for me were stretching and strengthening the surrounding areas in an attempt to create more balance (my thighs were much, much stronger than my hamstrings). I tried all kinds of therapy, rest, ice, and all helped to some small degree, but the balance in strength & flexibility were what worked the most. Not sure exactly how this applies to your injured area, but hopefully it will give you some ideas.
