My legs are already tight for tomorrow's run

Hi all...I'm training for the NYC Marathon and need to do 13 miles tomorrow. My runs this week have been tight and just walking around house today they feel tight already. Is there anything I can do today to help me out tomorrow?

  • have you tried walking them out then some light stretching/yoga?
