What does "pace" exactly mean? If my pace is 6 does it mean that it takes me 6 minutes to run 1 kilometer or 1 mile? Or maybe it means that I run 6 km per hour? I am a bit confused.

    Pace is the time it takes you to run 1 kilometer or mile.
