Can someone tell me how to sync my Garmin with Daily mile?

I see other users posts that say via Garmin but I cannot seem to figure out how to sync it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    You have to have a connect.garmin.com account. Then it is just a matter of entering the log in information into DM and hitting the sync button.
