  hello I would recommend heading to a specialist running shop if there is one nearby they will assit and offer appropriate advice for what you want to do, where and when.
  If not available comfort and build, you won't go far wrong with the big names, Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Brooks, Asics. You do get what you pay for too.
