Hi there!!
I may not quite be understanding your question correctly...but here a couple sites that help you to log your exercises and calories per day, etc...
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/
http://www.sparkpeople.comBack in August I started out using SparkPeople. It was pretty cool, but kind of old fashioned I guess. I like the layout of MyFitnessPal a little better - but by then I had learned a bit about calories and eating better so I just stuck with using Dailymile, Nikeplus, Smashrun, and the Garmin site to log runs and stay social in the running scene!!
As for exercises geared directly toward weight-loss, I'm not too much help there- but certainly being excited about it and just doing "stuff" is a huge start!! Good luck with everything!! (Sorry if my answer wasn't directly related to your question!!)

There are a ton of DVD's out there (for example Jillian Michaels, The Firm, etc.). Also Runnersworld.com has a training section for running that you can set your own training program. This is the best site for a training log. As far as recommendations as to what to do maybe you could hire a trainer or just try a bunch of stuff until you find something that you love.

One way to increase fat burn,is run before breakfast. When you wake up your body and mucles are depleted. Running right now makes your body burn stored calories or fat. This will also speed up your metabolism. Just make sure you eat a healthy breakfast when you get home.

Just keep increasing your overall activity level,
as a side note, you may well see some stagnation in your weightloss as you start to build up muscles that have been under used. dont just record weight but also measure your hip/thigh/stomach as well, (to help keep you motivated if weight doesnt go down)
finally make sure that you are actually eating the extra points that you earn through your activity, you dont want to stall your metabolism by essentially fasting when you need to increase your food intake.
Slow sustainable progress each week/month is how to achieve your goals.
