Is there a product out there that runners use to keep their sunglasses defogged?

My bodyheat and the cold temps cause my sunglasses to fog. Anyone have ideas that have worked?

  • I've never tried it, but you could try what the swimmers use for their goggles to keep them from foggging when they are swimming. There's one called World Optical Antifog...hope this helps. :)

    Spit! Saliva is a anti-fogger.

  • Never though about just pulled them away from my face a bit or run in to the wind. Swimming I save money and spit into my goggles.

  • Ted and terri are both correct. I have not really tried either, because I sweat all over my sun glasses so they are just well...wet.

  • There are sprays for skiing goggles such Fogtech, TYR anti fog, and my favorite Cat Crap anti fog spray. A website like REI will have these
