The FLEET FEET Runners Club hosts the McNair Cross Country Race in November at St. Charles' McNair Park. Held annually on one of St. Louis' most well-known cross country courses, the McNair Cross Country Race is a fun event for everyone who wants to go "off pavement". 2009 r...ace will be held on November 14th at 9am. Register before November 8th for early registration fee. The course is hilly and mostly grass with a few short sections of pavement. Cross country spikes are allowed. read more
