    First Bloomsday!

    Had so much fun! My first big running event, I wanted to get under 1:30 and I did it in 1:22:13! Won't get back there for a few more years, maybe I can get down to 1:05 by then ;) Next time...I will try not to pig out at all my favorite restaurants before the race LOL

    That is correct, 12k = 7.65 miles. And let's not forget DOOMSDAY HILL!!!!! This is a huge event, lots of great bands and cheering along the way. This race is actually what really got me into running, so it holds a special place in my heart.

    Agree. I first ran this race when it was much smaller when I was 11 years old..I am now 41 OUCH !! More then a race an event. When I posted it for some reason it listed it as 1mile ?? but it is 12 K
