  An Interesting Start Makes for an Interesting Race

  This was my first time to do half marathons on back-to-back weekends, and I had just PRed in Houston a week before... oh and did I mention I've been on a goal of increased weekly mileage and 3M Half race day was Running Streak Day 20!   Fun Half

  Second year doing this race, this time I did the relay with my brother. There was a very late start (off by an hour) due to high winds knocking down the barriers. The start of the race is spent working hills followed by a downhill to the finish starting at mile 5. There are even pacer groups, which was unusual for a half. Overall, this is a pretty fun race and I'll make it a regular affair.
