The YMCA Willow Lake triathlon is a continuous swim-bike-run endurance race. the start/finish/transition area is located at Willow Lake addition in Enid. The swim is a loop course. The bike course is a loop on paved roads with little trafic throughout most of the course. The r...un is a loop throughthe beautiful Willow West addition on paved roads. Requirements All entrants must be 12 years of age by August 1, 2009. Swim caps and identification will be provided and MUST be used during the swim. Certified biking helmets must be worn throughout the biking course. Entry Deadline All registration must be received by 6:00 p.m. on July 31, 2009.
