The Swim will be 500 meters. Participants will be placed in order according to the fastest swim time. Pool start will begin at 9:00 am. Participants will be started in the water every 15 seconds. The participant will swim down and back crossing under lane line at the far end o...f the pool changing lanes every lap (100 meters), moving through the lanes until 5 laps or 10 lengths are completed (see map). The Bike is an out and back 12.5 mile flat and fast course. The 3.1 mile Run is an out and back course winding through part of the Logan City Golf Course trail. The transition area will be in the Logan Aquatics Center parking lot. It will be open at 7:30 am. read more
