A night trail run on the Psycho WyCo trails. This is a REAL TRAIL event. Yes, I said TRAIL event. If you want to run on a sissy, paved course, this isn't the race for you! Flashlight or Headlamp use is required for all race participants.

  Trail Running Joy

  The KC Trail Nerds know how to put an event together. This 10k is not for those who only run 6 miles on the road. Almost everyone out there lost shoes in the mud, and had a good time doing so. Between the mud, rocks, darkness, and hills it is a difficult course for those used to double the distance.
