Good Trail Run
I have run the 40K and the 20K races at Hocking Hills. Despite some nasty roots in areas (especially around Rose Lake) and one horrendous hill (Steel Hill), this is a great run. Laid back, scenic, hilly... this is the way a trail run is supposed to be.
