    Tough Mudder Vt

This was a great event. I did it with 5 other guys as a team and we had a great time all day. The pictures show it as well. Lots of shots of us smiling as we complete the course. Overall, with the course being on Mt Snow, you are either going up a ski slope or down a ski slope for 10+ miles and that is plain hard. The berlin walls were brutal to get over and when I jumped off the 15 foot platform into the water, I went down so far my ears popped and filled with water which messed me up for a few. Almost all the obstacles were challenging. The ropes over the water were impossible. Other than that, I completed all the other obstacles successfully, even the monkey bars. The artic enema was talked up pretty well before the race but for a New Englander, it was refreshing! ; ) The half pipe was a blast and the electro shock therapy but me down in the mud but it was pretty mellow compared to the time my dryer electrocuted me. But this mountain does not let up. Every time you go back up the slope, you felt it and that was the biggest challenge to overcome. Anyway, we all finished in about 3 hours and 20 minutes and that was one awesome tasting beer at the finish line.
