    Austin Marathon

    A marathon is 26.2 miles, but the map shows 27.5, don't know why. I wish some of spectators would have toned it down at the end as those of us at the back of the pack were pretty cooked by the end and did not want to hear anyone screaming that we are almost there. My worst time ever, but I finished!

    I am adding the Austin Marathon to the schedule. I plan on using it for a long run as part of the Boston Marathon training. I will likely run at least part of it with Texas Tim.
