   I pushed myself to run about 155 strides per min timing my steps with a 155 bpm song. I had to take 2 breathers. 1st at 7:30 & second at 12:30. it was a good tough run. relieved a bit of tension & it felt good in the end.

   Good little run. I wasn't exactly thrilled to go tonight, but the weather was great. I figured I would be coughing up all kinds of "stuff" from the cold I had last week, but it wasn't as bad. Hopefully I can continue to recover and slowly get back in the swing of things.

   I wanna get back into the 5K scene. Now that we moved to Texas for a while, it seems like there is a 5K every weekend somewhere in the area. Should be easy to join up. Looking forward to being a part of that community.

   Good, hard run. Was a little stressed/frustrated/angry -- which was probably the only reason I shaved over 2 minutes off my time in 2 days. Just needed some time. Great weather. Beautiful day.

   I need to start eating breakfast. Legs were low on energy & I had to take a 1:00 breather at 1.5 miles. Pretty proud though. Ankle felt good & knees felt good. It was just the breathing & tired legs that were troubling.
