   So...not too bad with the recovery from yesterday's half marathon. Yesterday it was the hammies, glutes and feet that were sore. Now they feel fine and the quads have fired up. Go figure. Might go for a light cycle, but we'll see. A bit windy and don't want to push the legs fighting it. Beautiful day though.
