Welcome to the 8th Annual Family of New Paltz Turkey Trot. This event is a fundraiser and all monies raised directly benefit the Family of New Paltz. Family of New Paltz provides our community with a food pantry, a 24 hour hotline, support groups, and shelter. This event ha...s become a New Paltz tradition. We look forward to having the entire community come out and participate. Last year's event attracted more than 1,500 people - including Turkey Trot runners and walkers, mashed potato kids runners, volunteers and spectators! With your help and that of our generous sponsors, we were able to raise close to $28,000 for the food pantry and Family's crisis-services. read more
