   The trails were a bit sloppy in areas, and it was humid from the rain earlier. I kept the pace fairly easy, as I wanted to save my legs for the rest of the weekend. I can't wait for my trail shoes to come (saucony peregrines). It's going to make trail running a little easier on the feet.

   Thai buffet lunch sat like a rock in my stomach for the entirety of this run (ugh). pace and effort felt comfortable for this run. lefty enjoyed some time at the dog park. Tomorrow we race the Cooney Duathlon! 2m run/20.7 bike/2m run....excited.
