   2 and a half hour Stiner massage this afternoon. Totally ripped me apart. Only felt like I ran 40 miles this weekend now. Just wanted something easy and mindless so treadmill it was. 2%. Slow, relaxed. Slight pickup at the end. Sore but not too bad.
