Must have been their first big event.

1. Routing - overlap too much at the end - disaster waiting to happen - run out of drinks for full marathoners, blocking, etc. Verification also suspect? If can't master hi tech chips, just use colored bands.
2. Post-finish - common chute, no direction, queues everywhere, not enough refreshment stands & space, have to queue up to get medals, no verification, horrible! They screwed up the prize-giving too, 2nd place local runner got 1st prize.
