This was a nice out and back race that went around the Cloisters in Fort Tyron Park. I found it to be a little too hilly for me, and the cold weather really slowed me down toward the end. Overall, I enjoyed the race and look forward to improving on my time this season.

Great race for me. 24:49. This is a really hilly course, but the last half mile is a big downhill.

Course was a little different this year. Started a few blocks north of the Armory to provide enough room for start and finish staging. New course went all the way to the end of Fort Tryon Park. Really nice views of the Hudson northwards.
