Not a bad run - a little cold and rainy but still a great time! Not my best run by any means (who has a race the morning after St. Patrick's Day?!) but lots of fun for sure!

Portland Shamrock Run
Fun race in a great city with Jill and Cindy! The St. Paddy's Day spirit was everywhere! My legs were tired when I started, a mix of my short run the day before and being tired from traveling. I decided it wasn't a race I was going to do for time--and when I saw the hills this was confirmed. After some city hills we headed up a mountain! Bagpipes at the top were a treat, as were the views. This was GREAT training for my upcoming Big Sur International Marathon, which will be even hillier. Fun event and trip!

with nice shirts this year. the color matched my toe nails. had to give people more to talk about then just my bare feet.
