Well run and fun event
Overall the whole multi-day event was well run and quite fun. The route was about as flat as you can get a route to be in Seattle (which means somewhat hilly by midwest standards - my niece from Dallas who ran the RNR Dallas commented that the Seattle RNR was much harder than the Dallas RNR due to the hills.)

Upsides: Very nice expo and reg-packet pick up experience, water and hydration was well placed on the course, race crowd was present for most of the route and very supportive. Finish-line refuel stuff was plentiful and had a lot of variety. (Fruit, beverages, bagels, jamba juice, etc.)

Downsides: Massive event with 14,000+ participants and... of an interesting note... The water stations all seemed to be serving water that had spent a long time in a water bottle... it had an old water bottle taste.

Rock'n'Roll Seattle Marathon
Took it easy because easy is what I'm good at! Saw lots of Marathon Maniacs out there to say 'Hi' to and finished nicely. No blisters, cramps or rain during the run. The rain came right after the run and super soaked everything.
