Sophia Taylor, age 2, needs our help! She has Congenital Disorder of Glycosylation (CDG), a rare metabolic disorder that affects multiple organ systems and has a lifelong affect. Your donation and participation can make a big difference. All proceeds from this fundraiser, w...hich includes the swim, silent auction and barbeque, will be used to set up a special needs trust for Sophia, to support the CDG research of Dr. Hudson Freeze, and support the CDG Family Network.
