EXTRA FUN IS PLANNED!!! Join Stein to celebrate 40 years with 40 miles. That's right, we're talking about an ultra-marathon! For those brave/crazy folks; join Stein for a 6AM run on the NCR (planning on 40mi but you can run as short or long as you want). If it goes as planned ...we'll run North and turn around at the Mason-Dixon line (PA). Unfortunately you will have to take the day off work to run the entire thing. Fortunately my birthday is on a Friday! Can you say 3-day-weekend! The run will take 6 to 8+ hours at a easy pace. The run will not be televised. Come and run for an hour or more or less. Let me know if you are planning to run.
I would love to have some 6am (pre-work) friends or mid-day runners join me!
6PM we will start the backyard party! There will be beer! There will be food! There will be pyrotechnics! Costumes are encouraged! Bring an instrument; maybe we'll jam!
