5K USAT Certified Race Course . . . 7:00 p.m. Start. Roads will be police & volunteer controlled. 5K neighborhood run course. Starts on Crystal Lake Ave. to Hopkins Lane - turning on Mt. Vernon onto Avondale, to Johnston, with a final turn onto Crystal Lake for a finish turn... onto the side road next to R-MACS. It's then about a 150 yard sprint to the finish line, where Tony waits for every finisher to come in. Course will be entirely marshaled with police assistance.
