    Rock and Roll Providence Half Marathon

    Felt pretty good most of the way. First few miles on hills were tough but I warmed up in 3 miles instead of the usual 5. Felt great at miles 5-9 and was really picking up the pace. Didn't want to push it so I backed off and was happy with a sub 2:30 finish. Nice small race, especially for a RnR

    Great race , had a blast! The first 1/2 was tough with those hills , but great course overall. Very well staffed and managed. Cheerleaders were awesome! I really had fun at this one.

    STEVE!!!! You guys are awesome! I ran the Colt State Park 5k with you guys and you cheered on every one of us it was so uplifting! I will definitely be looking for the RIRRs!
