  Malibu International Half Marathon

  gorgeous course with rolling hills! nice slow long run along PCH. left knee ached a little when going downhill.

  Malibu Half Marathon

  Really enjoyed my first half marathon. The course was beautiful and the weather was almost perfect. My only complaints: the early AM bathroom situation at the beach and the non-race day packet pick-up. Those things aside, I plan to do this one next year and look forward to improving my time.

  Great course!

  Awesome marathon course. Starts in farm country, then mostly follows the shoreline all the way to the finish. The race takes over the ocean-side lane of the PCH, and it's well coned off, so you've got plenty of lane to run in. They gave out a finishers' beach towel instead of a tee shirt -- a perfect thing, given the course and title of the race. Bonus: the race is sanctioned by USAFT and is a Boston qualifier.
