This year, the event will take place on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. The Ambulance Chase is a 5K Run/Walk around the WNEC campus in which all of the money raised benefits a specific charity or organization. All of the proceeds from this year's Ambulance Chase will go... to the Baystate Health Foundation and the Children’s Miracle Network.
Registration for the race is $15.00 for those who register by Friday, March 24, 2011. Pre-registration also guarantees the runner the t-shirt size of their choice. All runners who register on the morning of race day will need to pay a $20.00 registration fee and the t-shirts will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. on the morning of April 9th and all runners are encouraged to get there early! Registration is open to the community at large so be sure to ask your friends, family members and co-workers to come out and participate.
In addition, there will be prizes for the top finishers as well as the person who raises the most money to benefit this important cause. Registration will take place the week of March 21 to March 24 between 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. in the law school commons. Registration includes an Ambulance Chase t-shirt, breakfast snacks, beverages on the day of the race and assigned race number.
