  This was the most amazing thing I have ever done. I can't believe after all my injuries and required rest, that I managed to run and have a wonderful time. The event was perfect for my first half-marathon. Blisters from laces that were loosening came around mile 8 and serious ball pain around mile 11 forced me to walk half a mile before a quick arch stretch that allowed me to start running again and finish strong!
