  Great Race

  This was a really organized, great course, well stocked (water, gu, volunteers, etc), great town race! Is organized by runners, and it's obvious! Have done big (Chicago, Boston) and small races (Milwaukee) and was as impressed by this race as any race. Great community feel. Don Kern communicates well and was even there to shake our hand as we crossed the finish line. Highly Recommend it...and don't be afraid to try the Pickle Juice! :)

  Best 1st Marathon Ever

  This race is awesome for so many reasons! Great, beautiful course, well organized, and the race director is one of the best guys around - you'll even get a hug from him at the end of the race.
