  A good time but my foot gave me pain toward the end.

  Central Park - NYRR Mini 10k

  What a fun race! It was difficult owing to barely training for the last month and a half, but it was cooler than expected and so fun to run in a throng of strong, amazing women (with my running buddies Cecille and Lisa getting me through). Chatted it up until mile 4 until Cecille and I resorted to music, and then powered through to the end. A fun run for my first NYC race.
