The 9th Annual Oil Man Texas Triathlon (Formerly Iron Star Triathlon) is the premier half Iron Distance triathlon in southeast Texas. Our field limit will be 800 participants in 2011. The 1.2 mile swim in Lake Conroe, the 56 mile bike in scenic Montgomery County, and the 13.1 mile run will take place from the newly renovated La Torretta Del Lago Resort on Lake Conroe.
