ING Miami Half Marathon
Pushed it hard for the last two miles, but I was really surprised that my pace was as fast as it was since I hadn't run this far since my full marathon at the end of October.

ING Miami Marathon (Half)
Doing a half marathon for the first time in a race.Started slow and upped the pace. Mostly flat course with just two slopes. Couldn't better my personal best though. Wonderful experience.

ING Miami Marathon
It was a really well organized race with lots of energy. The course was mostly scenic throughout a good portion of Miami. The last half marathon was very lonely after the majority of the participants split off. Water stations were awesome. Tons of bathrooms along the way...not enough at the start (long lines). Bring $15-20 cash for parking race morning. Take into consideration, the course is in Miami, which means the race is really HUMID. Don't expect to PR unless your body tolerates humidity and heat well. Overall, ING put on a great race.

very humid and extremely crowded. Wasn't very happy with this race at the time but in retrospect it was not bad!
