    Really had a great day today. Wasn't sure how I was going to run. I haven't been training with a half marathon in mind. Most of my runs are with my cross country team so they tend to be much shorter than I need for my training but I seem to be doing ok.

    I felt exhausted at first and when I saw that mile two was over 7:00 I didn't think it was going to be a good day
