    Philly!

    I had a great race day! I never found the 4:00 pacer which was frustrating. I ended up going out faster than I wanted, but the pacing band I got from the Clif booth at the expo was SO handy. I stayed under or at pace until mile 20 when I slowed into the 9:30's. That is where I felt the worst too. There was an out-and-back in a neighborhood in Philly that just went on for.ev.er. I couldn't wait to turn around! Heading back was rough but my family was spread out throughout the course doing a great job cheering. Oh... and I PR'd by 22 minutes. BOOM.
