  Loved this race!

  this was a great race! Very well organized, the route was awesome, the atmosphere was fun, especially the friends and family holding sign on the side. The hydration and fuel stations were exactly where they said they would be, and the volunteers were very well prepared, there were plenty of aid stations so we didn't have to carry our hydration packs! Would have preferred a color other than black for the race tee but they're cute!

  Denver Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon

  Ran with my boyfriend. Our first mile split: 9:40. We maintained 10:30 for the first 15K. We started walking quite a bit after the 9 mile marker -- my hips hurt and hamstrings were starting to follow suit and Josh's legs hurt "all over." We finished - with a PR for him and no injuries for me.
