Rock 'n' Roll Marathon
hit the wall at mile 19...legs cramped bad at mile 22...rested at the medical station for 30 minutes eating salt and water and getting iced. walked about 5 miles...but I FINISHED! :)

My 2nd half, and a PR
What a great experience! I loved all the spectators, and bands. I had a friend that ran the full, and she said once the half/full split off, the rest of the course was not as good. The bands where hard to come by, and virtually no crowd support. That helped me determine that it will not be my first full.
