Walkers start with the runners.
The purpose of this race is to celebrate the New Year and do what we can to preve...nt the predicted Apocalypse in 2012.
The race offers:
--low entry fees
--a one-color New Year's Resolution Run T Shirt
--Post race burgers and hot dogs
--The awards are commemorative 16 ounce glasses.
--the chance to see Lackawaxen on a beautiful Winter day!
Awards for Overall Male and Female runners & walkers
1st, 2nd & 3rd place for runners in each age group
The categories will be:
14 and under 15-19 20-29 30-39
40-49 50-59 60-69 70 and over
Walkers awards will be top 3 in 0-40 and 40 and over age groups.
Special awards for Top 3 Female and Male runners who complete both races. Each of the Top 3 combined finishers, female and male, receive $15.
